Standard Service
The vast majority of images supplied to Rush Digital Printing are sent as .Tiff, High Quality .JPEG or as PDF files using a file transfer service like WeTransfer, Dropbox or Google Drive. These image files are saved at 300 dpi, at the output print size, and have borders already added to the files. Everything is ready to go to print. There is no additional charges other than what is listed on the appropriate
Limited Assisted Service
As it suggests, Rush Digital Printing Limited Assisted Service will check through your image files making sure that your image resolution, size, borders etc are as they should be. If only minor adjustments are necessary, we will inform you first and in most cases carry out any necessary changes to your files with no extra charge. If your images require the intervention of one of our digital experts to crop, resize or make colour adjustments then this will become a chargeable service at a cost of £30.00 per half hour. You will be informed in advance of any possible charges and any necessary remedial work on your image files will be detailed. Fully Supported One-to -one Service
Rush Digital Printing Fully Supported One-to One Service is for artists and photographers who want to maintain full control of their printing from image delivery all the way through to finished prints. You will work alongside a dedicated printing expert, and agree all aspects of your image file preparation from image size, addition of borders, retouching, colour adjustments and print testing on your chosen paper. This service is for artists working on the production of full gallery exhibitions or for those wanting to produce limited edition prints to the highest possible standards. Rush Digital Printing Fully Supported One-to One service is charged at £30.00 per half hour with test prints, and test strips costing £3.50 each. This service must be booked at least two weeks in advance of print deadlines.
